By accessing or playing Light A Cig, whether as a guest or a registered member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Section 02
Eligibility
The game portrays a fictional adult activity and is intended for adults. You confirm that you are of the legal age required in your jurisdiction to use such content.
Section 03
Accounts and guests
You may play instantly as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Choose a username that does not impersonate others or infringe anyone’s rights.

Acceptable use
When using the game, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the client, or interfere with the game’s servers or other players.
- Harass, abuse, or post unlawful, hateful, or harmful content in chat or any social feature.
- Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Section 05
Virtual items and in-game economy
In-game cash, items, shops, and similar features have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for play only. We may adjust or reset the in-game economy as part of running the game.
Section 06
Fictional content
Light A Cig is a work of fiction. It does not sell, advertise, or promote tobacco or any real product, and nothing in it should be taken as encouragement to smoke. Brands and locations in the game are fictional.
Section 07
Intellectual property
The game, including its code, art, audio, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play; you may not copy, sell, or redistribute the game or its assets.
Section 08
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any account that breaches these terms or harms other players or the service. You may stop playing and request deletion of your account at any time.
Section 09
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.
Section 10
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game progress, arising from your use of the game.
Section 11
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game evolves. We will update the date above, and continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
